Eligibility
MaRuelle is accessible by invitation only. By joining, you confirm you are a real person invited by an existing member. You agree to have one and only one account, and to use it in good faith in the spirit of helping each other and reducing environmental impact. Any attempt to take unfair advantage may result in temporary or permanent exclusion.
Your Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share. Items must be safe, legal, and in the condition described. Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not permitted. If you have any doubt about an item, do not post it.
Personal Use Only
MaRuelle is a platform reserved for personal and community use only. Using the platform for commercial, professional, or profit-seeking purposes is strictly prohibited. Items shared must belong to you and cannot be goods intended for resale, commercial rental, or any other commercial purpose. MaRuelle is not a shop, a professional storefront, or a delivery service.
Donations
There is no liability for a user donating an item to another member. Items are exchanged as-is, without warranty of any kind.
Exchanges
MaRuelle facilitates connections between people. Members are responsible for arranging pickups and returns. Disputes may be resolved between the parties themselves. Ruelle admins can provide support toward a fair solution.
Returning Items
Borrowed items must be returned by the agreed date in the same condition. In case of damage or loss, repair and/or replacement costs are at the borrower's expense, subject to mutual agreement.
Karma Points
Karma points are an allegory for mutual aid. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the platform. MaRuelle reserves the right to adjust the system at any time.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. See our Privacy policy for details.
Conduct
Harassment, fraud, or abuse of the system will result in account removal.
Liability
MaRuelle is a community tool, not a commercial service. We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from exchanges between members.
